FENERBAHÇELİ MEDICAL PEOPLE FOUNDATION GENERAL CLARIFICATION TEXT ON PROTECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
IDENTITY OF THE DATA CONTROLLER
Your personal data may be processed by Fenerbahçeli Medical People Foundation ("FenTiV" or "Foundation"), as the data controller, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law"), within the scope explained below.
PURPOSE OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your collected personal data may be processed by FenTiV for the following purposes, in accordance with the basic principles stipulated by the Law and within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law:
- Planning and execution of the Foundation's human resources policies and processes
- Carrying out the necessary work by our business units and carrying out the relevant business processes in order to benefit the relevant people from the services offered by the Foundation.
- Planning and execution of the activities required to present, recommend and promote the Foundation's programs and services to the relevant people.
- Carrying out the necessary work and carrying out related business processes by our relevant business units in order to realize the activities carried out by the Foundation.
- Planning and execution of the Foundation's commercial and/or business strategies
- Ensuring the legal, technical and commercial-occupational security of the Foundation and relevant persons who have business relations with the Foundation.
PARTIES TO WHICH YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS TRANSFERRED AND PURPOSES OF TRANSFER
Your collected personal data, in accordance with the basic principles stipulated by the Law and within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, will be transferred by the Foundation to our business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions and legally authorized private institutions for the following purposes. It can be transferred to institutions:
- Planning and execution of the Foundation's human resources policies and processes
- Carrying out the necessary work by our business units and carrying out the relevant business processes in order to benefit the relevant people from the services offered by the Foundation.
- Planning and execution of the activities required to present, recommend and promote the Foundation's programs and services to the relevant people.
- Carrying out the necessary work and carrying out related business processes by our relevant business units in order to realize the activities carried out by the Foundation.
- Planning and execution of the Foundation's commercial and/or business strategies
- Ensuring the legal, technical and commercial-occupational security of the Foundation and relevant persons who have business relations with the Foundation
METHOD AND LEGAL REASON FOR COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is transferred through different channels in order to carry out the activities of the Foundation; It is collected based on legal reasons to ensure compliance with the legislation and the Foundation's policies. Your collected personal data can be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in this Information Text within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.
AS A PERSONAL DATA OWNER, THE RIGHTS MENTIONED IN ARTICLE 11 OF THE LAW
As a personal data owner, you have the following rights in accordance with Article 11 of the Law:
- Learning whether your personal data is being processed or not,
- Requesting information if your personal data has been processed,
- Learning the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
- Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
- Requesting correction of your personal data if it has been processed incorrectly or incompletely, and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring processing no longer exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant legal provisions, and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- To object if a result arises against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
- Request compensation for the damage if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
You can submit your requests regarding your rights listed above, in writing and with wet signature, to the address of our foundation where our foundation is headquartered, in person, send it through a notary, or e-mail it to [email protected]. You can send it to our Foundation via the postal address. Depending on the nature of your request, your applications will be finalized free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest. However, if the process requires an additional cost, you may be charged a fee according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority.
